40-Hour Police Sniper Course

Illinois State & Missouri Certified

Down Range LLC proudly offers an Illinois State and Missouri Certified 40-Hour Police Sniper Course, providing professional instruction in sniper and observer skills for qualified law enforcement personnel.

This comprehensive program is designed to develop the knowledge, precision, and observational skills necessary for today’s law enforcement sniper.

Course Requirements

Precision rifle capable of 1 MOA or better

400 rounds of match grade ammunition

Matt Gerard

Owner/Founder

Founder of Down Range LLC, Matt has served as an active Police Officer for more than 15 years and holds certifications in Master Firearms Instruction, Sniper Instruction, and Concealed Carry instruction. His passion for teaching and serving the community continues to shape every course offered through Down Range.

Cory Shepherd

Instructor

Cory's one of the guys you'll see in the shop, helping out in classes, and teaching our Stop the Bleed Emergency Response Class. Cory is an active police officer with years of experience and exited from the Marine Corps in 2017. He's also in charge of making those nifty drone videos you see posted from time to time.
